LCL shipments (Less Than Container Load), also known as marine grouping, are used for shipments of goods that are not enough to fill an entire marine container (20 ‘or 40’).
The goods are consolidated in a sea container together with goods from other exporters, filling a container and taking full advantage of its capacity. Upon arrival at the destination, the container is unloaded at a customs certified warehouse and the cargo is sorted and delivered to its respective consignees.
