Transitex has just strengthened its team in Africa. We are glad to announce that Siddharth Misra is our new regional manager for Africa.
With more than 12 years of experience in the sector, Siddharth Misra is a reference in logistics, port operations, sea freight agency management and freight forwarding. Mozambique, Namibia, and Tanzania are some of the African countries where Siddharth has worked in. His career also took him to India, where he was co-responsible for the opening of Transitex first branch in the country.
In addition to being regional manager, Siddharth also assumes the responsibility of country manager for Mozambique. Transitex has been present in the country for 13 years, where it has a team of 100 employees, spread across Maputo, Beira, Nacala, Nampula and Pemba.
One of the «100 largest companies in Mozambique» and with a place in the Transport & Storage sector ranking, according to a report by KPMG, Transitex Mozambique has two warehouses and its own road fleet. Mozambique is Transitex largest branch in Africa.
